Mr. Delaney is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles within the fertilizer and agricultural sectors. Mr. Delaney previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Farmer’s Business Network Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Delaney served as a Strategic Advisor for Paine & Partners, LLC (now Paine Schwartz Partners). Prior to these roles, Mr. Delaney was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of PotashCorp where he oversaw operations across the company’s business segments, spanning 16 sites. Earlier in his career at PotashCorp, Mr. Delaney served as President of Sales and Marketing where he led the centralization of the global sales function and had oversight of all sales, marketing, market research, transportation and distribution activities. Prior to joining PotashCorp, Mr. Delaney held various sales and product positions at Arcadian Corporation Ltd until it was acquired by PotashCorp in 1997. Mr. Delaney currently serves on the board of the International Fertilizer Association and previously served on numerous boards, including the Arab Potash Company, Brandt, Canpotex, Farmers Business Network, Inc., the Fluid Fertilization Association, the International Plant Nutrition Institute, Orbis Health Solutions, the Phosphate Chemicals Expert Association, Inc. and Willard Agri-Service of Frederick, Inc. Mr. Delaney holds a bachelor of science in agriculture from Southern Illinois University.
Mr. Brush is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of global business operations, business development and strategic planning, financial management, personnel development, and general management. During his career, Mr. Brush has been involved in taking two companies public, led a significant amount of M&A transactions and managed billion dollar global business segments. Prior to joining Itafos, Mr. Brush was founder and Managing Director of Idris Capital where he advised clients on M&A transactions and restructurings across a variety of sectors, including agriculture, fertilizer, packaging, building products and consumer products. Prior to Idris Capital, Mr. Brush held a number of senior executive positions, including, Chief Financial Officer at CPI Card Group Inc., Group Executive and President of the power transmission business at Rexnord Corporation and Vice President and General Manager of the specialty packaging division of Pactiv Corporation. Earlier in his career at Pactiv Corporation, Mr. Brush held numerous senior level financial roles and was instrumental in the company’s acquisition strategy. Mr. Brush began his career as a certified public accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Brush holds a bachelor of arts in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
Mr. O’Neill is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in financial management, corporate development, planning, treasury, insurance, risk management and financial reporting. During his career, Mr. O’Neill has raised in excess of $7 billion in capital across both US and international markets. Prior to joining Itafos, Mr. O’Neill served as CFO at Hawkwood Energy, a private equity backed oil and gas company, where he was responsible for all aspects of financial management. Prior to Hawkwood Energy, Mr. O’Neill held roles including Group Financial Controller and General Manager for the treasury, tax and insurance functions at Oil Search Limited. Prior to that, Mr. O’Neill worked at Woodside Petroleum Limited where he held multiple positions including Group Planning Manager, Assistant Treasurer and Finance Manager. Mr. O’Neill also worked for BHP Billiton Limited where he held various finance roles of increasing seniority. Mr. O’Neill began his career in accounting and audit, having served at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. Mr. O’Neill holds a bachelor of commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
Mr. Reeves is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in corporate law, securities, governance, compliance, investor relations and business strategy. During his career, Mr. Reeves has designed, built and managed the legal and compliance functions for NYSE-listed companies, led the global expansion for a Fortune 30 retail company, negotiated international joint venture agreements and supervised global sourcing operations. Before joining Itafos, Mr. Reeves founded MLR Consulting, LLC where he provided business and legal consulting services. Mr. Reeves also previously served as General Counsel for Market America and Chief Legal Officer for LL Flooring, Inc. Prior to these roles, he was a top legal officer with Lowe’s Companies, Inc. where he led the corporate, compliance, technology, intellectual property, real estate and securities functions. Before moving in-house, Mr. Reeves worked at international law firms in New York, NY and Atlanta, GA. Mr. Reeves holds a Juris Doctor and a bachelors of business administration from Southern Methodist University and also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Dr. van Dyk is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in minerals processing, metals refining, risk management, process optimization and project management. Prior to joining Itafos, Dr. van Dyk was Director and Process Consultant for Arete Consultants in South Africa, providing strategic management consulting services to a long list of clients including Anglo American, African Rainbow Minerals, AngloGold Ashanti and De Beers, among others. Prior to joining Arete Consultants, Dr. van Dyk worked for Lonmin Platinum Ltd. in various positions including Senior Technical Manager – Process Division, Senior Manager – Base Metal Refinery, Senior Manager – 6 Sigma, and Metallurgical Project Manager. Dr. van Dyk has held the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at Stellenbosch University Engineering Faculty, Industrial Engineering Department, and Adjunct Professor at University of Cape Town Engineering and Built Environment Faculty. Dr. van Dyk holds a bachelor of engineering in chemical engineering (extractive metallurgy) and a Doctor of Philosophy in chemical engineering, both from the University of Stellenbosch.
Mr. Vedder is an operational leader with over 20 years of experience, including 10 years in phosphate production, 7 years in semiconductor production and research and development at Novellus Systems and 4 years as an Officer in the US Military. Prior to joining Itafos, Mr. Vedder held various leadership roles with Conda phosphate operations including Operations Engineer and Supervisor, Operations Superintendent, Plant Operations Manager, Mine Operations Manager and General Manager, which is responsible for all aspects of the business. He is active in the local community and is a Board Member of the United Way of Southeastern Idaho and the Idaho Governor’s Cup (Scholarship Foundation). Mr. Vedder holds a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from Washington State University.
